Wedding Photo Booth Rentals That Your Guests Will Love
Your wedding day is filled with moments you'll want to savor for a lifetime. While your photographer captures the formal portraits, our photo booth captures the candid joy — your college roommates finally reunited, grandparents striking silly poses, and your bridal party letting loose. We've been part of over 1,200 weddings across Southern California, from intimate vineyard ceremonies in Temecula to grand ballroom receptions at the Ritz-Carlton.
Personalized to Your Wedding Style
Every couple is unique, and your photo booth should reflect your personality. Our graphic designers create custom templates that incorporate your wedding colors, monogram, date, and hashtag. Want a rustic wood-grain frame for your barn wedding? An elegant gold border for your black-tie affair? A playful design with your pet's face? We've done it all.
Props are curated to match your aesthetic — from sophisticated gold frames and champagne glasses to whimsical signs and themed accessories. You approve everything before your wedding day.

Live for the nights you will always remember, with the people you will never forget.
Seamless Integration With Your Wedding Day

Your photo booth attendant becomes part of your vendor team. We coordinate with your wedding planner, DJ, and photographer to ensure seamless integration into your timeline. Most couples have us set up during cocktail hour so guests can enjoy the booth while you're taking portraits, then again during the reception when the party really gets going.
We handle all setup and breakdown — arriving 60-90 minutes before your start time and packing up quietly after your contracted hours. You focus on celebrating; we handle the rest.

Orange Wedding rental — questions answered
Most-asked questions from couples, planners, and corporate event leads.
How long should I book the photo booth for my wedding?
Most couples book 3-4 hours, typically during cocktail hour and reception. We recommend starting during cocktail hour (while you're taking portraits) so guests have entertainment, then continuing through dinner and dancing. For larger weddings (150+ guests), consider 4-5 hours to ensure everyone gets a turn.
Can you match our wedding colors and theme?
Absolutely! Our graphic designers create custom templates incorporating your wedding colors, monogram, date, hashtag, and any design elements you'd like. We'll send proofs for your approval before the wedding. We can even incorporate your engagement photos into the design.
Which photo booth should I pick for my wedding?
We offer four booths for weddings, all with a professional attendant, unlimited sessions, custom monogrammed templates, instant prints, and free travel within 30 miles included. Classic Photo Booth (from $395) is the most-booked default — open-air setup with 4x6 prints, fits any reception space. Mirror Booth (from $650) is the wedding-day safe pick — a full-length touchscreen mirror that captures the full outfit in frame. Glam Booth (from $550) delivers studio-lit Hollywood portraits with real-time beauty retouching, ideal for upscale receptions. 360 Photo Booth (from $650) shoots cinematic slow-motion video, best for younger, social-media-focused crowds. Most couples shortlist Classic + Mirror together — they share the same footprint and bookings range $395–$650.
How much space do you need?
For open-air setups, we need approximately 8'x8' of floor space. The Mirror Booth needs about 6'x8'. The 360 Video Booth platform is 6' in diameter and needs 10'x10' total clearance. We'll work with your venue and planner to find the perfect spot.
Do you work with wedding planners and coordinators?
Yes! We love working with wedding planners and consider ourselves part of your vendor team. We'll coordinate timing with your planner, position our setup to complement your photographer's shots, and communicate with your DJ about any announcements.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 6-9 months in advance for peak wedding season (April-October) and popular venues like Temecula wineries. We can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines, but earlier booking ensures availability and gives us time to perfect your custom design.
What happens if you need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens! We offer flexible rescheduling policies. If you need to change your date, we'll work with you to find a new date at no additional charge (subject to availability). Full details are in our contract.

I started The Photo Booth Guy in 2017 after the Marines. Every event still goes through me personally — the overlay design, the attendant briefing, the venue COI. 5,500+ events later, that hasn't changed. If something goes wrong on your day, my number is on every contract.
