How we run a Glam Booth at a Calimesa event.

1. Footprint: 8×8 ft minimum (10×10 with backdrop). One 110V outlet within 25 ft. Indoor preferred — Glam needs dim ambient lighting for the B&W skin-smoothing render.
2. Departure from Chino HQ timed to land 60 minutes before guest start.
3. Setup 60 minutes before guest start: B&W lighting tower calibrated, skin-smoothing render preset loaded, single-shot 4×6 print queue tested.
4. Live run: 4×6 single-shot prints with B&W skin-retouch, studio-portrait aesthetic — slower per-guest than Classic by design.
5. 30-minute teardown.
6. Monday-after digital gallery delivered.
