Do you carry a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for SoCal venues?
Yes. We carry $2M general liability and have COIs on file with most marquee SoCal venues. We can issue a venue-specific COI naming your venue as additional insured within 24 hours of request — no extra cost.
What is your typical setup time at a venue?
Standard setup is 60–90 minutes before guest arrival, breakdown is 30 minutes. For venues with strict load-in windows (Hollywood Bowl, Getty Center, Beverly Wilshire), we coordinate directly with the venue coordinator and arrive in the approved window.
Are you on the preferred vendor list at these venues?
We are an approved or preferred vendor at most marquee SoCal venues we list. Even where we are not on the formal list, we have venue-specific load-in knowledge from prior events — floor plan, power drops, freight elevator routes, attire requirements.
What does photo booth rental cost at a SoCal venue?

How far in advance should I book?
Saturdays at marquee venues fill 4–8 weeks out year-round, with peak wedding season (April–October) typically booked 3–6 months in advance. Last-minute corporate events can usually be booked 1–2 weeks out.
What happens if you can't deliver on event day?
Full refund — no exceptions, no fine print. Across 5,500+ events since 2017, that has never happened. We carry an on-site support kit (spare cables, parts, props, charged batteries) plus a trained attendant on our standard troubleshooting protocol — that's how we keep the streak.
