Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about booking in San Bernardino County.

Where are you located in San Bernardino County?

We're headquartered in Chino Hills, in the southwestern corner of San Bernardino County. This central location puts us within 20-30 minutes of Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Fontana, and other major Inland Empire cities. We're truly your local photo booth company.

How much does photo booth rental cost in San Bernardino County?

Our San Bernardino County photo booth packages start at $395 for the Classic Booth (3 hours). The Mirror Booth and 360 Video Booth start at $650, and our Glam Booth starts at $650. All packages include a professional attendant, unlimited sessions, instant prints, and free setup. Most Inland Empire locations have no travel fee since we're based locally.

Do you serve Big Bear and the mountain communities?

Yes! We love mountain events and regularly serve Big Bear, Lake Arrowhead, Crestline, and Running Springs. Mountain locations may have a travel fee depending on season and road conditions, but we're experienced with alpine venues like Lake Arrowhead Resort and Big Bear lodges. Winter events require advance weather planning.

Is there a travel fee for San Bernardino County events?

Most western San Bernardino County cities — Chino Hills, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Fontana, Rialto, Colton, and surrounding areas — have NO travel fee. Mountain communities (Big Bear, Lake Arrowhead) and high desert cities (Victorville, Hesperia, Apple Valley) may have a small travel charge. We'll always quote this upfront.

Which photo booth is best for an Inland Empire wedding?

For vineyard weddings in Rancho Cucamonga, our Mirror Booth adds elegant interactivity. For mountain lodge weddings in Big Bear or Lake Arrowhead, the Mirror Booth or Glam Booth complement rustic settings beautifully. For modern venues in Ontario or Upland, any of our booths work perfectly. We'll help you choose based on your venue and style.

Do you serve corporate events at Ontario Convention Center?

Absolutely! We've worked numerous corporate events, trade shows, and conventions at the Ontario Convention Center and throughout the Inland Empire business community. We offer custom branding, logo overlays, data capture for lead generation, and high-volume setups for large corporate gatherings.

How far in advance should I book for a San Bernardino County event?

We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance for most Inland Empire events. For peak wedding season (April-October) or popular mountain venue dates, booking 3-4 months ahead is wise. Because we're local, we often have better last-minute availability than companies traveling from LA or Orange County.

What's included with every photo booth rental?

Every package includes: professional on-site attendant, free setup and breakdown, unlimited photo sessions during your rental, instant prints (2x6 or 4x6), online gallery with all digital images, custom photo template with your event details, curated prop collection, and free travel to most San Bernardino County locations.
